Sip, Sit, Café is a little pop‑up cart with a big heart, serving the Chatsworth community one cozy cup at a time. I’m Alina, your Sip Maker — the hands behind every brew and the smile behind the counter. Beside me is Sparky, our loyal Tail Crew, greeting guests with wiggles, warmth, and the kind of joy only a good dog can bring.

But behind every cozy corner and perfectly planned moment is someone incredibly special — my auntie, our Organizer Maven. She keeps our pop‑up running smoothly, plans our setups, perfects the details, and makes sure every Sip, Sit moment feels intentional and welcoming.

Depending on the day, we’re either a Duo or a Trio — but always a family team with one mission: to bring comfort, community, and a little wag‑powered joy to Simi Valley, one sip and one sit at a time. Together, we’re a small but mighty trio: I brew the sips. Sparky brings the wags. Auntie keeps the heart of the café beautifully organized. And all three of us welcome you to sip, sit, and stay awhile.
